Pierce™ BCA Protein Assay Kit

The Pierce BCA Protein Assay Kit is a high-precision, detergent-compatible protein assay for the determination of protein concentration. Pierce BCA reagents accurately determine protein concentrations in most sample types encountered in protein research. The Pierce BCA assay can be used to assess the yield of whole-cell lysates, affinity column fractions, purified protein samples, and to monitor protein contamination in industrial applications. Compared to most dye-binding methods, BCA assays are much less affected by differences in protein composition and are therefore more accurate in concentration determination.
