Trypsin-EDTA (0.05%) with phenol red

Gibco™ Trypsin-EDTA is made from trypsin powder, a protease irradiation mixture from porcine pancreas. Due to its digestion intensity, trypsin is widely used for cell dissociation, conventional cell culture passaging, and primary tissue dissociation. The trypsin concentration required for dissociation varies depending on the cell type and experimental requirements.
